If I place an order for custom stationery, will I get to see the design before it prints?

Yes, We’re excited to make your custom stationery and want you to love it! We will carefully review your order, create a pdf proof of your stationery and email this to you within 3 days of receiving your order. You will have the opportunity to make changes if necessary and then we’ll proceed to letterpress print the set for you. Personalized stationery is custom printed and the production time for that is 2 weeks.

How quickly do orders ship?

All non-custom orders are prepped and packed from our Brooklyn, NY studio within 3 business days. For custom stationery please allow 2-3 weeks for production.

What is the last day to place an order for Christmas delivery?

To ensure Christmas delivery, the last day to order custom stationery is Friday, December 6, 2024. The last day to order non-custom items to ensure Christmas delivery is Tuesday, December 17, 2024. If you’ve missed these deadlines and still hope to receive an order before the holidays, please email us to see if we’re able to make it work.

How will my order be shipped to me?

We use UPS as our shipping carrier as we have found this to be the most reliable. Shipping rates are based on package weights and insurance value. As a small, artisanal business, we’re unfortunately not able to offer free shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

We don’t ship internationally.

Returns

What is the return policy?

Due to the fragility of our materials (paper), we do not accept returns/exchanges. However, if you receive your order and it is not what you expected based on our description or you’re unhappy, please do reach out to us. We work carefully to make our products beautiful and our customers happy. We want to know if something has gone amiss.

I placed an order for custom stationery but I’ve changed my mind. Can I get a refund?

Once our design team has gone over your order details and emailed you the design for the custom card you’ve ordered, we can’t offer a refund. At this point, we’ve compensated our team for the work they’ve put into the project and we’ve sent a personalized design. If you’re at this part of the project and have misgivings, please reach out to us (info@sesameletterpress.com) so we can discuss options to create a design you’ll love
